1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of fashion/imitation jewellery, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage. The video must begin by clearly showing all four sides of the sealed parcel and continue without any cuts or pauses until the product is fully opened.
In case of any damage, the same product will be replaced after we receive the damaged one. Return shipping is to be handled by the customer.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
